Our divine path is paved with humility and kindness. Learning to distinguish between our story and our true self is the first step on a lifelong journey. Once we admit and release the burden of our past failings, we can begin to heal ourselves and forgive others. This is the road to liberation.
Accepting that our internal dialogue is entangled with limited core beliefs empowers us to heal our original wound. Remember, our mind is just a complex computer that is programmed with information based on our experiences, competencies, and cultural structures. People love to make the world fit neatly inside the constraints of their minds, but the divine does not allow for limitations. Feelings of worthlessness, separation, weakness, control or entitlement are just reactions to our trauma. When we identify that our inner dialogue is built on lies, we can address the root cause of our issues.
To heal, we must identify our tendencies that focus on limitation and self-punishment. Owning our story and realizing we can change our perception is imperative. Through the depths of our silence, we unite with the universal consciousness. In this space, we embrace more patience, acceptance, and connection. Integrating our highest self through our heart allows our awakened being to emerge. Every moment becomes sacred, where we see the divine in everything, including ourselves.
Recognizing our inner voice can be difficult at first as we have spent so much time listening to the opinions of others and our inner dialogue. Our truth emanates through us when we are still and silent, which requires daily practice. We must learn to allow that small voice inside us to grow and mature. Energy follows intent. It is important to prioritize our peace through simple daily acts, strengthening our awareness and connection to the world around us. Our innate gifts will begin to flourish, and we will allow our being to create our doing.
